REQUEST A CHANGE
Email info@mirevly.store with your order number and clearly state the requested change. Common requests include updating an address, correcting contact details, changing a size, or canceling an item.
BEFORE DISPATCH
We will try to accommodate requests received before an order has entered an irreversible preparation or shipping stage. Product availability and fulfillment processes may limit what can be changed.
AFTER DISPATCH
Once handed to a carrier, an order may not be editable or immediately cancelable. A return after delivery may be an option under our Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights still apply.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Send the complete corrected address as soon as you discover an error. We cannot guarantee rerouting after dispatch, and additional charges may apply when legally permitted.
REFUNDS FOR SUCCESSFULLY CANCELED ORDERS
If payment has been collected, refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times may differ.
CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy overrides applicable consumer law, including rights that may apply to distance purchases.
